Woke up with a groggy and an edgy feeling this morning. T_T Laid down on the bed for another hour before I decided to take my temperature. it was 37.6 or 37.7 (couldn't remember)~ not that high, so i wasn't that worried and started getting ready for physics remedial. I actually brought more books thinking I could place them under the table when we're in class... Turned out mr lee asked us to use the study area. Che.
He wanted to give us back our CT, but because only 25 people turned up, he changed his mind. Dang. Then he went through the last practical we had and we did the Lenses section of the red assessment book we have. However I couldn't pay attention too well. My sight was much too blurry. My neck ached even more and I felt like sh!t. I planned to go home after the remedial and not follow them to Science Centre, but Mr Lee -just- had to give us a project based on the displays there. Argh.
He treated us a mere 50-cent packet drink (okay, so it added up to $12.50). I'm thankful enough. Then we took bus number 176 and ate at the hawker centre nearby the Sci Ctr. Ate Teriyaki Don, but couldn't finished. Then we walked to Sci Ctr and went in to take a look at the displays. I felt even more sickly inside with that many people and children running about the place. T_T School holiday. Pft. I couldn't take it anymore and so I took a cab home.
Sorry, Steffi and Xin Mei, I wasn't of much help. X(
I laid down on the bed and took my temperature again when I reached home. 37.8. Gawd. I just laid down. Couldn't sleep. The air was cold, but my body was hot. My neck hurt a lot. I kept on pulling and pushing the blanket on and off me.
Waited till my mum reached home, then at about 8+, she brought me to the clinic. I was number 17 at one clinic, so we went to another one across the road. They had trouble finding my name this time. - -"
The took my temperature. Guess what, it shot up to 38.5. Wonderful. It's my 2nd highest temperature in my whole life. Highest is 40.1. Heh. Then he said, "no wonder you looked so miserable." Then he showed my how my posture when entering the room looked like. Indeed, miserable. He gave me a lot of medicines for my neck pains, cough, fever. Antibiotics given too. - -" He would have given me a 2-day MC if this is not the school holidays. Tsk.
I don't care, I'm gonna stay at home tomorrow. - -"
